To love and to be loved!

Paris, France is one of my favorite cities to visit! Everything about #Paris truly exceeds all expectations. The city, the culture, the people, the history, the art, the fashion, the #FOOD. The list is endless and extraordinary! Some of my favorite historical sights include: La tour Eiffel, L'Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame, La Musée de l'Orangerie, Le Louvre, and so many more. Simply walking around and along La Seine makes you feel like you are somewhere special, passing merchants selling old books, crossing the Pont des Arts bridge with more "love locks" than you can imagine, strolling down a street to find gelato, or just watching the boats go by as you admire all of the beautiful architecture. One of my favorite moments was walking by an artist sitting just off of La Seine with his easels and paint brushes, painting one of the most beautiful pieces of artwork that captured a Paris moment perfectly. Walking into Notre Dame you are speechless. The intricate details of the stained glass, gargoyles, sculptures, pews, and altar with truly move you ina a way that only great, historic places of worship can. Just a pleasant stroll away from Notre Dame you can find some of the best gelato in the Île de la Cité. La tour Eiffel can be seen from nearly every part of teh city. We took the day to walk from out hotel, along La Seine, through the city, and to La tour Eiffel. We then walked up every single step to the top of La tour Eiffel (the best stair-master I have ever experienced) and the views are astonishing. It was such a clear, crisp day and you could see the entire city of Paris for miles.

While you are taking in all of the sights of Paris, you cannot go wrong stopping at any gelato stand, Brasserie, Boulangerie, or famous café along the way. With the crisp, buttery baguettes and croissants, mouthwatering poulet, rich mousse au chocolat (unreal!), and famous Ladurée macaroons, you will have dining experience unlike any other. Not to mention the timeless atmosphere. One of my favorite spots is Les Deux Magots. In the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés there is a famous café where artists like Ernest Hemingway, Pablo Picasso, Jean-Paul Sarte, and Simone de Beauvoir would gather to expand their creativity. They have the greatest Croque Madame and Roast Beef baguettes (yum!). Sitting outside, you can look across the cobblestone streeets and watch the people and cars drive by or enjoy your espresso while admiring a small little church parallel to the restaurant.

To love and to be loved is truly the greatest happiness in one's life. I #love Paris and the #memories it has given me. Las ville de la lumière is truly a #trip of a lifetime! #travel
